What is Spiritual Direction?
As embodied spiritual beings, the thread of spirituality is woven into our everyday, ordinary life experiences. Spiritual direction is an ancient tradition providing space to listen for the Divine that is present in your life. If you are new to spiritual direction, you are not alone!
There is no right or wrong way to show up but rather just to be open and present to what is. As a director, I listen and ask questions to aid your discovery of the spiritual movement within you.

Individual Spiritual Direction
My role as a director is to listen.
I purpose to create a spacious environment that allows you to explore your life experiences, feelings, and relationships so that you can become more connected with God and with yourself. A session usually lasts an hour and can be in person or online. The initial consultation and first session are free of charge.
Group Facilitating
Meeting with others offers a wider dimension to connecting with our own story as well as the story of others. I find great joy in helping with several group formats including retreat facilitating, group spiritual direction and listening groups. Each format has unique benefits that I would love to discuss with you.
Worship Leading
Music connects us to deeper spirituality. As a worship leader, my role is
to create an environment of participation through singing and the spoken word.
Whether it is a church service,
a retreat, or a private gathering,
I purpose to provide a well-executed
musical setting to enhance your event.
